La tutelle de la parafiscalité par le ministère des Finances et du Budget a été récemment réaffirmée par le chef de l’Etat, lors de la réunion du comité de suivi de gestion des finances publiques du 13 juin dernier. Il est dorénavant question de formaliser cette instruction en vue de la rendre effective.  C’est l’un des préalables qui ont fait l’objet des discussions pendant la réunion de cabinet, présidée par le ministre Henri-Marie Dondra, ce lundi 18 juin 2018 dans la salle de conférences du département. « Il faut formaliser la décision du Chef de l’Etat y relative en adressant à toutes les agences concernées, une note soumise à ma signature », a instruit le ministre Dondra à ses collaborateurs.

Renflouer les Caisses de l’Etat et assurer l’effectivité du compte unique du Trésor, reste et demeure une préoccupation majeure du Chef de l’Etat et du Gouvernement dont le ministre Dondra est en train de veiller à leur mise en œuvre.

TOWARDS FORMALIZING THE HEAD OF STATE’S INSTRUCTION RELATED TO THE PARAFISCALITY

The supervision of the parafiscality has been  recently  reaffirmed  by the head of State , in the course of a meeting on the  committee on the monitoring of the public finances management  held and  chaired by the President of the Republic  on 13 June  2018. It is now about  question that  this instruction shall go operational.   This was one of the  preliminaries which were the object of discussions  during the ministry’s weekly gathering , presided over by the minister Henri-Marie Dondra, this Monday June 18 , 2018 , in the conference hall of the department.  ‘’One should formalize the head of State’s decision  on that issue by  sending to all the concerned agencies ,  a note  to my signature ‘’ the minister Dondra  instructs his assistants.

Bailing the State’s treasury out of financial difficulties  and ensureing  the effectivity of the treasury single account  remain the issue of major concerns to the head of State and the government  whose  the minister Dondra is about  overseeing  their implementation.
