MFB/REUNION DE CABINET : LES ORIENTATIONS DU MINISTRE CHARGE DES FINANCES ET DU BUDGET HERVE NDOBA

Le ministre chargé des finances et du budget Hervé Ndoba, en mission à l’étranger, a présidé le jeudi 06 janvier 2022, dans la salle de réunion de la Banque des Etats de l’Afrique Centrale (BEAC), en mode visio-conférence, la première réunion de son cabinet au titre de l’année 2022. Cette réunion était consacrée aux orientations du ministre Hervé Ndoba, à l’exposition et à la présentation des préoccupations majeures des différentes entités du ministère des finances et du budget relatives au fonctionnement efficient dudit ministère en ce temps de crise économique et sanitaire.

Après un tour de table de présentation, le ministre Ndoba a saisi cette opportunité en vue de formuler ses vœux de nouvel an à ses proches collaborateurs, et de remercier l’ensemble du personnel pour le travail abattu dans le cadre du programme de référence avec le Fonds Monétaire International (FMI). Il n’est pas passé par quatre chemins pour exhorter chacun de ses collaborateurs à l’atteinte des objectifs assignés au département, en l’occurrence, la mobilisation adéquate des recettes domestiques, la saine gestion financière afin de favoriser l'utilisation efficace et efficiente des ressources publiques.

Le membre de l’exécutif a par ailleurs donné la parole, sous le contrôle de son directeur de cabinet Alain Modeste Kondji, aux responsables des différentes structures de son département, aux fins de décliner les axes de leurs actions majeures, la nature d’appui dont ils ont besoin pour la réalisation de leurs missions respectives.

Poursuivant les échanges, le ministre Ndoba a indiqué avoir pris note des instances et a promis de leurs accorder une attention particulière et diligente pour relever les défis d’ensemble. Enfin, pour mieux s’imprégner des structures de son département et des difficultés rencontrées, il a annoncé la tenue d’une autre rencontre virtuelle avec les services dans les prochains jours.

MFB/CABINET MEETING: THE ORIENTATIONS OF THE MINISTER IN CHARGE OF FINANCE AND BUDGET HERVE NDOBA

The minister in charge of finance and budget, Hervé Ndoba, on mission abroad, presided over the first meeting of his cabinet for the year 2022 in the meeting room of the Bank of Central African States (BEAC) on Thursday 6 January 2022. This meeting was devoted to the orientations of the minister Hervé Ndoba, to the exposure and presentation of the major concerns of the various entities of the ministry of finance and budget relating to the efficient functioning of the said ministry in this time of economic and health crisis.

After a round of introductions, minister Ndoba took the opportunity to extend his New Year's wishes to his close collaborators, and to thank all the staff for the work done under the reference programme with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He did not beat about the bush to urge each of his collaborators to achieve the objectives assigned to the department, in this case, the adequate mobilisation of domestic revenue, sound financial management to promote the effective and efficient use of public resources.

The cabinet member also gave the floor, under the control of his director of cabinet Alain Modeste Kondji, to the heads of the various structures of his department, in order to outline the main thrusts of their major actions, the nature of support they need to achieve their respective missions.

Continuing the exchanges, minister Ndoba indicated that he had taken note of the bodies and promised to give them special and diligent attention to meet the overall challenges. Finally, in order to better understand the structures of his department and the difficulties encountered, he announced the holding of another virtual meeting with the services in the coming days.
