La diplomate américaine de très haut rang est venue féliciter le ministre Hervé Ndoba pour sa nomination à la tête du ministère des finances et du Budget, et le rassurer du soutien de la part du gouvernement américain qui, il faut le mentionner, figure au rang d’importants partenaires au développement de la RCA. « Nous comprenons que les enjeux sont importants, toutefois, ce qu’il fera en vue d’assurer la bonne gouvernance dans le secteur économique est très important pour nous, en notre qualité de l’un des importants bailleurs de la RCA », a-t-elle concédé au service de la communication du ministère des finances et du budget au sortir de l’audience.
